Disney’s homepage and its related sections are the portal into a massive entertainment empire that includes movies, TV, music, plays, and amusement parks, but the interface was poorly designed. Our three-person team was brought in to develop the user experience, navigation and page designs that would accommodate huge, diverse traffic and so many contentious stakeholders. Visitors not only had different goals, but different cognitive abilities. (Lots of children visit.)
