Project success: Took complex energy concepts and presented them to business and consumer customers in a way that was welcoming and motivating, to offset backlash in the move to peak demand pricing and smart meters.
Personal contributions: Strategy, copywriting, creative concepts, managed copywriters and content strategists.

The switch to real-time dynamic pricing called for a major change in how energy consumers think about their usage and billing. We responded by placing transparency and group empowerment at the heart of several projects, including a personalized billing, usage, and on-demand-pricing programs site.
