Ford Sync is an innovative device that lets a cars dashboard integrate with a wide variety of phones. Support is a huge problem because of the complexity of integration with the changing specs of so many phones, as well as user concepts of what the system actually does. We created a series of videos that accounted for brand, user demographics, and integrated user testing.
